I was pretty stinkin bummed when field day had to be rescheduled because of rain! Grrrr
Chris got some of his new bike stuff. The girls got a kick out of the huge box!
Liah went to stay with Aunt Manda! (Auntie finished school before we did!)
So we were down to one sweet child!
The last weeks were crazy busy!Manda and I took Liah out for a special girls' date! We went shopping and out to eat. (Maia stayed home and played with Daddy!)
We laughed so hard. Liah got to pick out a few things and ordered chicken and dessert!
Manda and I had a cherry stem tying competition. I won! (Look at the intensity!)
It was great to spend time with just Miss Liah. She is growing up too fast!
Dad gets the next date and get to stay home with Maia! :)A few things have made me turn cartwheels lately (in the job department): First, my class got 100% benchmark on DIBELS (all of Kinder did, we are awesome like that!) I received the teacher award. Chris said I blog everything and I should mention it. 'Cause he is proud of me! ;) awww
AND!!!! We went to the Student Council Convention and performed our routine and cheered and we won MOST SPIRITED (a most coveted award for me~ I am keeping the tradition alive!)
It really has been a great year. I am sad to see my class move on. I love the kids, I love their families, I pray next year is just as GREAT!On Mother's Day we went to church, had family pictures taken, I made lasagna for lunch and then we played outside! It was an awesome day! I am so thankful for my Mom (beyond words) and I am so blessed to be a Mom to Liah and Maia.
