First days of school

She had a very successful first day! She has been going strong this week. She has worked on fine motor, phonemic awareness, number sense, receptive and expressive language and social studies.

Liah was so proud of her work. We check her folder every night and talk about the day.

She really is very bright.... I swear I am not partial! :) Yeah for Miss Gaga!

FYI from the week so far: My class got the Eagle award again.... wooohooo, Maia skillfully climbed out of the tub (yikes), Liah knows all letters with sounds, she spells her last name, Maia has decided she is a Daddy's girl... no one else is quite as cool, Chris is riding his bike, I am happily driving the truck, we are getting in morning workouts at the Y... super-modelhood here we come, board meetings are no place for children, Chris is off to a great start with football... first game end of August and we can't wait for the weekend!
