A good weekend...

I am pretty spoiled. Chris usually comes shopping with me and the girls. However, now that football started I am forced to take this task on alone. I had lots to get!
So instead of carting LJ in the back (cause I fear she will run off), I let her push her baby around. It was great!! She did an awesome job!
I made all of my purchases without drama! Here is our juice supply.... no joke! We usually have to re-stock on Wednesday! We are a thirsty group!
This was my fave..... ahh the sweet cleaning supplies makes for weekend fun! Well, for me it does!
The kids are happy, the house is clean, the weekend was a success! :)

That's what Chris and I are going to have to get to fund the girls' wardrobe. Liah believes that school requires a skirt or dress.
It is also imperative that Maia matches!?

She had a very successful first day! She has been going strong this week. She has worked on fine motor, phonemic awareness, number sense, receptive and expressive language and social studies.

Liah was so proud of her work. We check her folder every night and talk about the day.

She really is very bright.... I swear I am not partial! :) Yeah for Miss Gaga!

FYI from the week so far: My class got the Eagle award again.... wooohooo, Maia skillfully climbed out of the tub (yikes), Liah knows all letters with sounds, she spells her last name, Maia has decided she is a Daddy's girl... no one else is quite as cool, Chris is riding his bike, I am happily driving the truck, we are getting in morning workouts at the Y... super-modelhood here we come, board meetings are no place for children, Chris is off to a great start with football... first game end of August and we can't wait for the weekend!
