The Pumpkin Patch.. aka Safeway!

Liah driving to the patch!
Mai riding in the "backseat!"
The Great Pumpkin Tami TG!
The last of the sugar rush.... Liah and the slide. She pushed the boy behind her! :) Uh oh!
Weeeeeeeeeeeee!

More Food!!

Dad and Mom enjoyed yummy Kettle Corn! Maia was still working on cotton candy!

So is Liah!
Now we are on a sugar high!

Spook Street

We went to Anthem's Halloween festival. I was going to Martha Stewart some fancy Blue's Clues costumes. I didn't :( However, my children naturally have their own cheerleading outfits (handed down from past generations- no joke!), so we were Rahs!

Captain Liah
Co-captain Maia
We enjoyed some yummy pink cotton candy! mmmmmm- Maia loved it- of course!
Liah did too!

Red Ribbon Week!

Everyone please remember I teach at a K-8 school. This is a wonderful example of an eighth graders' life experiences and their take on being drug free! I laughed out loud. I am in charge of Student Council and naturally this creative work was quite the hit. While it did not win, the paper-mache bong, sack of weed, and blunt go down in history!

I haven't blogged in a few days.... with good reason!

Please notice my sick children! Our house has been infected! We are on the up side, so more blogging to come! Snot, sneezes, and coughing OH MY!

Happy 30th Anniversary Gaga & Gapa!

Look at this hot couple. They are celebrating 30 years of wedded bliss. Thank God Aunt Ter said yes for my Mom so many years back!

Just for Lorena!

Yep... almost got it....

That's right, I work hard to still have this pain! haha

Sunday- Dress-ups, park and football!

Liah loves to be a DIVA!

My Nike girls are the best. Maia is cutting 4 teeth.... drooler!

Maia was mad Daddy made her sit back. Liah flying down the slide.

Saturday- Anthem's Fall Festival! Mom did face painting. Mom and Dad had pies thrown at their faces!

Liah and Dad ran around the field.... Gaga did a lot of chasing too!
Maia stayed cool in the shade!
Bounce houses rock!
Mom bounced too!
Fall Festival Family Fun!

And the fun goes on....

Little Miss Maia having a grape snocone. Poor girl was stuffed up and sick!
Manda thinks she is soooo cool because she beat me horribly, 2 times in tug-o-war.
While officiating, and refusing to leave the action to take pictures, Dad got "roped" into being the tug-o-war guy! Haha... this is zoomed in because naturally we left him! :)
Liah had her face painted and painted her own!

What we were doing instead of the wedding.....

Draw your own conclusions! hahaha

No really, we were just celebrating the season. Maia loved Liah's ghost socks! Here she is practicing her picture face!
While Liah, sporting new socks from Grammy, practices her flexibility. She got it from her Momma!

Oreo Cookie!!! Bobby as the center!? My cousins (Jlo and Shell look smokin' hot!)

I am truly sorry I missed this event......... insert Tami! Haha! Looks like there were TONS of fun friends at this party!

Push-ups ROCK!

Recently the girls were introduced to the sweet wonders of push-ups! Thanks entirely to the super-duper surprise toting, rule-breaking Aunt Mana!

Liah chose to eat a purple one, same as Auntie, and mom feasted on red (I know they are totally not the original wonders that came in the awesome polka-dotted cardboard container, cold and orange!mmmm)!
She then thought Maia was entitled a lick! Much to our amazement, Maia too has a deep love for push-ups... NOT... Maia would eat the cardboard, just like Mom!
Ahhh, everyone complete with purple 'staches!

They are getting big!

My baby Maia will be seven months old this week! :( She is a BIG eater with 2 teeth (more on the way), a rolling machine, an almost crawling, sits up by herself cheeseball! Time goes too fast! (Happy 7 months to Maddie!)

Miss Liah is quite the little lady. On Sunday she turned 28 months. Well, we could just say 2 years 4 months. I swore I would never talk in "months" past the 18 month point. Then again, I am not sure why we are still celebrating every month mark anyway! Perhaps because I am now a Mom holding onto every last moment! :) Also possibly because Liah understands the concept of birthdays and parties and fully expects one every month!

***And now a disclaimer- I promise my children are NOT always clean, coordinated, and sparkled! In actuality it is a rare occasion. I will include all of the funny, sweet potato stained, drop your head in shame moments that make this adventure an all out 3 ring circus (just ask Aunt Mana, Gaga, & Gapa!)
